Mendoza is renowned amongst wine lovers because its high altitude and long summers mean that the wines have wonderfully pure tasting fruit, and the Viñalba Torrontes Seleccion is a great example of this. The wine is made to capture the beautiful purity of the grapes and get as much of that flavour as possible into the bottle. It is wonderfully refreshing with white peaches, lychees and pear flavours.

Located on sandy-silty soils and stony subsoil. Destemmed and crushed.
WINEMAKING
Maceration during 4 hours before pneumatic pressing. Cold racking after 36 hours. Selected yeasts. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Pale yellow colour with bright reflections. Aroma reminiscent of citrus fruits, accompanied by very attractive floral and herbal notes. In the mouth it displays its sensuality thanks to its exquisite acidity and its delicate and long finish.
