WINEMAKING
Destemmed. Cold maceration before pneumatic pressing. Selected yeasts. Fermentation in concrete eggs during 24 days. Pale yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Intense fruity aroma with notes of pears as well as white flowers. In the mouth it is delicate, with an elegant acidity that gives it a juicy finish.
Food pairing: Fish, seafood, and Caprese Empanadas.
